Girls only please – nipples?!?

Um, yeah. Really embarrassing. Please no sicko guys answering please, thanks!

Anyways, what’s bothering me is that my nipples are like really big and whenever it’s just a little tiny bit cold they like sorta… um, well you know… and you can see them through my top and everything! So I have to always cover it with my arms but I can’t always do that and it’s SO embarrassing. I mean it shows through everything sometimes even those light tight fitting hoodies WITH at top AND bra underneath!. Especially in the winter, in the summer it’s not too bad though. I usually wear bras, but they are light and I hate bras with padding on them cuz they make my boobs looks bigger which I dont like and plus theyre weird and uncomfortable. Plus with tank tops I can’t always wear a bra. So I don’t know. Does this happen to you alot? Is it really weird? What should I do? Do I have to wear padded bras? Please don’t tease, and thanks!

there are pastys that can help a little and they are thin and you would stick them on under you bra. best bet not a padded bra for push up or making them look bigger but that is done for comfort, lots are padded for this reason!
i have seen bras with special padding (looks like a star) over the nipple area that is slightly thicker for nipples that poke through, the bras are padded but that is to hide the extra padding on the inside over the nipple. i saw this advertised on tv but can’t remeber what brand.

go to a landure store like freddricks of hollywood or victoria secrets tell them whats going on and they are very good at helping you get the very best bra for you (style and size) then take that knowledge to a department store..or where ever you go well because it will more then likely be cheaper.
